A 90 minute experience- 15 minutes are taken to discuss your womb history, 30 minutes focus on putting the body in a relaxed state with a head to toe massage and the next 30 minutes are focused on the abdomen, the remaining 15 minutes educate you in self massage techniques and instructions for home. 60 Minute Follow Ups can be scheduled after an initial consultation has been made.
